Painted with wonderful thick, impasto oil built up layer upon layer creating a superb textured surface, the artist has captured this beautiful scene. The painting has excellent provenance having come from the artists estate. Audet exhibited throughout his lifetime, including with the Salon des Independants in France. Condition report: The painting is in very good and sound condition. There are minor scuffs from previous storage in the artists studio.
