It is absolutely full of Orthoceras Gastropods, Squid-like creatures that filled the oceans 400 million years ago
it is mounted in clear acrylic, with the words La Mer Ancienne on the plate (easily removed if buyer prefers without) .
As can be seen in the photographs, the wall colour is visible through the acrylic.
Size: Tile 21 cm x 15 cm and Acrylic Plate 41 cm x 35 cm & 2 cm thick.
