FIVE, ANDREA BOSCOLO MURANO ART GLASS SCULPTURES
Andrea Boscolo (Italian, born 1959), 20th century. Five pieces of decorative Murano art glass goblets each with a black vining stem encompassing the entire sculpture, some pieces feature the vines breaking through the cup; the largest having a double headed dragon form stem which appears to be entangled in the vines. Each signed to underside "A. Boscolo". Approx. h. 6.25", w. 4.5" (smallest), h. 13.75", w. 9" (largest). Provenance: From the Private Collection of Mr.Gerald "Jerry" Blum, former general manager of WQXI Radio Atlanta and 2007 Radio Hall of Fame inductee, of Atlanta, Georgia.
