FLOW BLUE BOOTHS England ROSA FLORAL GOLD SET 8 Royal
This very rare antique Flow Blue Dinner set for 8, made by Booths in Rosa pattern in the late 1800s or early 1900s
It is almost impossible to find a full antique set of flow blue in perfect condition like this one!
The set has the deep Flow blue rose flowers on a white base, gold accents, embossed raised details and laced rims. The colors still are bright and vibrant. It is stamped "Crown Mark - Royal Semi Porcelain - ROSA - BOOTHS - England". There is also an embossed 'Booths" mark
The set includes
8 (eight) Dinner Plates - 10 1/4" in diameter
8 (eight) Luncheon Plates - 8" in diameter
8 (eight) Soup Dishes - 9" in diameter and 1 1/2" deep
8 (eight) Bread and Butter Plates - 7" in diameter
1 (one) Open Salad/Soup Bowl - 9" by 7 1/2" at the rim and 3" tall
The set is very rare and just beautiful. It will make a wonderful gift or will be a great addition to any vintage china collection.
The set is in pristine used antique condition with no cracks and very minimal crazing if any at all. There is some wear on the gold details, especially on dinner and bread and butter plates, all the rest are in pristine condition - please refer to the pictures or ask questions. There is a very small chip (less than 0.5 mm) under the rim on the two of bread and butter plates
