FREE-BLOWN MARBRIE-LOOP DECORATED KEROSENE STAND LAMP, colorless pyriform font with four groups of light rose and opal loops, brass connector, raised on a double-step opaque white/milk glass base with rose-staining and gilt decoration, No. 1 Taplin-Brown collar. Fitted with a No. 0 "C. W. BROWN" lip burner and period lip chimney. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. Third quarter 19th century.
Condition: Virtually undamaged. Networks of annealing lines to the font with some being light refracting, some light roughness to the base edge; chimney with expected roughness to the rims, all as made.
Size: 10 1/8" H to top of the collar, 4" SQ base.
