FRENCH CLOCK GARNITURE
French, early 20th century. Three-piece porcelain set of a clock and two candle sticks.
Clock: 12 in. (30.5 cm.), Candlesticks: 13 in. (33 cm.)
Condition Report: The clock and the pair of candlesticks seem to be structurally sound with no signs of damage, and it was inspected under black light as well with no signs of repair. The clock does not run as the mechanism seems a bit stiff, but inspcetion of the interior works, it seems to all be there, including the pendulum. There is NOT a winding key. The left winding post is wound tight, and the right winding post did turn and we did not wind it tight so it still has play left in the post.Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is an opinion, and should not be treated as a statement of fact.
