Condition Report: 4.12.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3317-The structure is sturdy, the marble top displays some chipping along the back edge, surface wear, and some spotting and rings, there is what appears to be a glue repair to the right corner of the top, the commode retains a key that operates only the top lock, wood case has some old patched repairs, wood wear, small nicks, tonal variation, and small losses, all commensurate with age and use, due to gallery placement, I am unable
