Condition Report: 4.15.24- In my opinion regarding LOT: 3318-The structure is sturdy, marble top is intact overall with only a small chip noted to the back right corner and some white spotting, see images, the case is intact with only minimal tonal variation, rubs, and typical small wood wear, side panels have visible seams/separation, drawers slide well, there is a key that operates the locks, all mentioned commensurate with age and use
