FRENCH LOUIS XV-STYLE DORE BRONZE AND CHAMPLEVE MANTEL CLOCK, the time-and-strike movement set into an urn-form body with a removable top exposing the movement, flanked by a putti to each side and supported on a shaped platform raised on four feet, with a period winding key. Retains an outstanding patina. Fourth quarter 19th century. 16 1/2" H, 7 3/4" x 6 1/4" base.
