Condition Report: 4.12.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: 3104-The structure is sturdy, the marble top has a typical rough back edge, light surface wear, some spotting, and small abrasions along edges, the case is intact with some tonal variation, small wood losses, rubs, drawer slide well, the upper drawer is in three sections to interior see images, left side panel display some lines and bowing, however it is secure/stable, metal shows some small denting, patination, and wear, all commensurate with age and use
