Condition Report: 04.05.24: In my opinion regarding LOT 3294: I note that the commode is presently intact and structurally secure, the marble top exhibits inherent natural inclusions, fissures, and variations to the stone, as well as having typical minor chips to edges, there is patination/ oxidation of the metal, as well as small nicks, there is a glue restoration located a the trim below the top drawer at joinery point with pilaster/ post, all drawers currently operate smoothly, and there is minor evidence of old woodworm concentrated at the underside of bottom panel and back legs, the left hand side panel exhibits a couple splits and seam separation at the top edge along pilaster, there is an area of fill above the front left leg, and typical surface wear such as abrasions, scuffs, minor chips, and nicks commensurate with age and useDetailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
