Condition Report: 10.18.21-LOT-1030-The sofa is in sturdy condition, both back and seat cushions display some fading, overall spotting, discoloration, and wear, I do not observe any rips or tears to the leather, there is slight wear at the armrests, please refer to online images for back of the sofa as I was not able to examine it
