Circa 1900 French 950-Silver Wine Tasting Cup by Stanislas Pollet, dolphin form handle and silver medal depicting Louis XIII and the taking of the four cities on the Rhine in 1672 (by Jean Mauger and Jean Le Blanc) embedded in the bowl, interior with beaded and fleur-de-lis decoration, side near rim engraved 'J. de Bernis, 1715', intricate chased lappet form decoration to exterior, rope turned foot, with Minerva hallmark and lozenge shaped 'SP' with fleur-de-lis maker's mark (1899-1903), 1 1/4" high, 4 5/8" x 3 1/2", 6.95 ozt. Good condition.
