QEII Royal Observer Corps Medal to OBS (W) J Needham extremely fine to near mint in box of issue with Royal Observer Corps typed letter stating - Woman Observer Jean Needham joined The Royal Observer Corps on 14 January 1977 and has served continuously as an observer on 17/27 Holywell post. She completed twelve years loyal service on 13 January 1989 in recognition of which she is awarded The Royal Observer Corps Medal.
