Fan (1) - Mother of pearl, Textiles - Late 18th century

A painted fabric fan depicting a bucolic scene with characters, with a large lace-worked edge and mother-of-pearl sticks. The fan is enclosed into a glass case with a brass frame, bottom is in red fabric and the pompom in light fabric. The fan has some slits in correspondence of the sticks folding (bucolic scene) , the lace is in good condition. The frame has some gild and wood losses (the frame is not coeval to the fan) .
