Fan Ho (1931-2016) - Approaching Shadow, Hong Kong 1954

Hereby I offer the beautiful Approaching Shadow, shot in 1954 in Hong Kong by the famous photographer: Fan Ho.
Fan Ho was one of Hong Kong's most famous photographers. Having moved to Hong Kong from Shanghai in 1949, he photographed the streets of Hong Kong and the daily life of its inhabitants in the 1950s and 60s, during the city's economic transformation. He often composed his photographs with geometric compositions and unique textures, while creating a sense of atmosphere through the play of shadow and light.
Please find the original studio stamp on the back of the collotype. The collotype was printed in Japan.
