Beautiful and rare work by the painter Felice Giordano, among the very few Neapolitan artists of the 20th century who ventured into the theme of "Nocturnes"

The painting bears on the back:
"Cartouche of participation in important
National Art Exhibition" of 1946.

Painting in excellent used condition.

The work of excellent artistic and chromatic rendering is in a good state of conservation, with signs of aging visible in the photos. The paint film still adheres well to the original support.
Upon analysis with Wood's lamp, the author's signature appears to be autograph and coeval with the creation of the painting.

The frame shown in the photos above was added to the work of art by the seller, it is original and ancient, from the late nineteenth century, of good commercial value, it is supplied at no additional cost so that it is ready to display as soon as it arrives. The frame is included as a courtesy and is not considered an integral part of the artwork together with the glass on the painting to protect it.
Therefore, any potential damage to the frame or glass with possible breakage that does not affect the artwork itself will not be accepted as a valid reason to open a complaint or request cancellation of the Order.
