Condition: Very good condition. The impression is fresh and well preserved. Pale brown discolorations are visible in places.
Description: A landscape painting with strong dynamics from the circle of the Mannheim landscape painter and etcher Ferdinand Kobell. The approaching storm in this landscape moves trees and water and forces the genre-like figures to hurry. Surprised by the storm, they seek shelter and try to calm their cattle. Only the Gothic wayside shrine in the middle stands indestructible by the wayside, despite obvious signs of age.
