Pass no. 105, issued to CH Hudson for the year 1894. Signed by the general manager (McMillan?). Nice logo with train crossing bridge vignette. Black and blue print on cardstock. Mine timber camp railroad operating in Clinton County, PA. Planned line was to be 21 miles long to connect to Waterville in Lycoming County. It was heralded as a possible shortcut between the Pennsylvania Railroad and the New York Central whose tracks ran along Pine Creek. This was not completed.
