History: The 328 was first delivered in the EU, after which it was sold to Japan (owner known by name) , (all papers translated and available in original) and brought back to Germany in 2015 (many things were replaced, with invoices, see below) . In November 2017 it was purchased from me and tested by the Nö provincial government for an Austrian special permit, on 05. 07. 2019 a § 57a check was once again carried out and a driving permit was obtained until 06/2021 without a transfer.
