Fiat - 124 Spider - 1979

[ translate ]

Fiat 124 Spider from 1979. This car is part of the last series that featured a carburettor. It was originally delivered in the USA (Santa Cruz) . After it was imported to the Netherlands, it remained in possession of one owner until 2021. When it was sold again, it was imported to Belgium, where it is currently located. It has been completely repainted in its original colour (maroon brown) . This was done because there were two minor rusty spots and because the top layer had become dull. The car has a 2000 cc engine with 74 k. W, or 109 hp. The car has a 5-speed manual transmission. The engine of the car is the original engine, which only had its belt replaced at a mileage of 105,000 miles (approximately 169,900 km) . As mentioned, the paint is in very good condition, although there are two minor damaged spots which are barely visible at all. The car is used regularly, so it is ready to drive and in good condition. It is still a car from 1979 though, so some minor work may be necessary (rubbers, bearings, etc.) The engine does not leak. It has been treated for rust in the Netherlands. This treatment has a lifetime warranty. (Papers available.) The original American bumpers have been removed and replaced by the Abarth bumpers. Two new turn signals have been installed (the original ones were built in in the original bumper) . The current mileage is 111,223 miles (approximately 178,996 km) . For compensation of the costs of delivery, the car can be delivered within a radius of 250 km around Kortrijk, Belgium, which is also where the car can be viewed.
