Fiat - Bertone X1/9 Five Speed "NO RESERVE" - 1981

[ translate ]

Fiat x1/9 model “Five Speed”, 5-speed car in rare black paint with brown interior and 85 hp. The more powerful engine fitted to the series in recent years makes it a smooth-running car, very enjoyable to drive. The central position behind the seats and the design by Marcello Gandini (designer of the Miura, the Montreal and many others) make it a smart purchase and a good investment. Cars of this model are rarer and rarer to find in original condition with a good engine and a Targa sunroof to enjoy the nice weather. The car is complete and original, with all the right features in good order, which are now rare. The interior too is original and in good condition, though with some marks on the driver's seat. The body is very solid and the underbody too; look at the photos also on the lift; On-board equipment includes tool kit, jack, triangle and the original steering wheel. ASI registered with certificate of historical importance (see the photos) . Inspection was passed in March 2020 and is valid until March 2022. This car is a direct purchase from the previous owner and some maintenance work may be needed in the short term. The feeler gauge test showed no accidents (as shown in photos) . Some videos of the car, driving and engine are available: please, contact Catawiki. Documents in order and ready for the transfer of ownership or export. Note: faulty reverse gear, odometer not running Bidders are welcome to view and test the vehicle, which is located in Quarrata 51039, PT, Italy. Please send a message to Catawiki for an appointment. We will take care of the transfer of ownership remotely or of the export documents; affordable shipping throughout Italy, Europe and the rest of the world.
