The beautiful and precious Madonna rests on a painted terracotta cloud, on an ancient gilded wooden base
Attributed to the early nineteenth century, around 1830.
N. B. the face of the Madonna is of enchanting workmanship, most likely made twenty years before all the other components that support it (this was the custom in ancient times) .
Very beautiful and rare.
It is in good condition, but the silk clothes are very torn, look carefully at the photos, the hands of the cherubs are missing some fingers, one cherub has a restored left forearm.
Everything is also normal and natural given the high era.
It has a very pretty and well made gold metal crown.
It has a total height of 62 cm.
