Fine Antique Southern Yellow Pine Slab Table

Last half of the 19th century, Piedmont, South Carolina. The piece has an excellent original surface. One board top above hand hewn legs mortised into the top with four wrought iron supports connecting legs to top at underside. Nice wear to the surface consistent with age. H33" W107" D21" Sold from the collection of a Sumter Gentleman. The piece was discovered in the Sumter district of South Carolina many years ago by the current owner's grandfather.
