Fine Blue and White Plates (8) - Porcelain - China - Ming Dynasty and Qianlong Mark and Period

Provenance: This lot comes from the private collection of Mr. J. Bahamonde who over a period of 20 years acquired his collection from various prestigious dealers. His degree in archaeology from one of the best British universities and passion for Chinese art is reflected on these lovely plates. Eight (8) blue and white plates decorated with variouss themes including birds and flowers, deers, egrets and a flying horse, Ming, and a minyao plate with Qianlong underglaze blue mark and of the period. Diameter (the largest) : 20cm. Condition: Very good overall. NO hairlines in any of them. Some with grit attached to the foot rim and glaze gaps, one with a kiln firing gap and one with a neatly repaired chip.
