Condition Report: restorations to seat frame and legs (legs created in sections, some sections appear original), break and repair at top of one rear leg, some pest damage to feet and stretchers, later bracing at underside of stretchers, seat rails not fully examined (upholstery not removed), stains and wear to upholstery
