FINE AND RARE STANDING GANESHA.
Origin: Khmer.
Dynasty: Pre Khmer period.
Date: 7th/8th c.
Technique: Yellowish sandstone.
Description: Dressed only with a sampot loincloth, knotted in folds at the front in a kind of fishtail
shape, characteristic of the Prasat Andet style.
Measurement: Height 51.5cm, width 22.5cm, depth 16cm.
Frame/Pedestal: On a metal base.
Condition A/B. Trunk, arms and legs broken.
