Condition Report: Advanced wear to upholstery along high points of backrests and front edges of seating; chairs would benefit from being reupholstered prior to normal use. Assorted points of wear and small white scuff marks to frames associated with contact through use. Few joints exhibit minor separation while remaining structurally sound in use.
