Fire gilt Sévres plaque with two pigeons - Porcelain, Fire gilded bronze - 1800/1820

A beautiful fire-gilt French mantel clock, depicting two romantic pigeons, on a mountain between a fire torch. At the bottom of the mantel clock is a banjo with a coat of arms next to it.

. The condition of the fire-gilding is very beautiful all over. It has a porcelain Sèvres plaques finish which is entirely undamaged. A peacock is depicted on the porcelain.

. The enamel dial with blue numbers is in very good condition. The movement is protected by a door with convex glass.

. The movement runs and strikes nice and accurately.
. Comes with a pendulum and winding key.
