First Block Production Inland M1A1 Paratrooper Carbine Semi Automatic Rifle .30 Carbine
M1A1 Paratrooper Carbine made by Inland Division of General Motors in 1943. The rifle features a guarded blade front sight on an 18" barrel made by Inland and dated 7-43. An M3 flash hider has been added to the end of the barrel. The barrel is fitted under a 2 rivet handguard and paratrooper stock. The receiver is fitted with a flat style bolt and Type I "S" marked flip sight. The trigger guard is fitted with the push button safety and magazine release with one 30 round magazine. Rifle is fitted with olive web sling and folding stock with checkered butt plate with "P237614". LOP: 13 1/2". CALIBER/GA: 30 Carbine. S/N: 531604. FFL: Curio & Relic.
