Five Pieces of Blue Transfer Tableware, England, c. 1795-1830, including an earthenware sauceboat printed in blue underglaze in an undocumented pattern, unmarked, ht. 3 1/8; an earthenware open salt printed in blue underglaze in the Welcome to the Temple pattern, unmarked, dia. 4; an earthenware mug printed in medium blue underglaze with the Ancient Bridge and Swan pattern, unmarked, ht. 6, dia. 4; an earthenware fluted mug printed in blue underglaze with The Caught Fish pattern on one side and second undocumented pattern on the other, unmarked, ht. 5 3/8, dia. 3 3/8; and a large earthenware mug printed in dark blue underglaze with the Fishing from a Bridge pattern, unmarked, ht. 5 3/8, dia. 5 1/8 in.

Provenance: The Zeller Collection. Fishing from Bridge pattern and The Caught Fish pattern mugs previously in Anthony Pugh-Thomas Collection; The Caught Fish mug previously in the Strong Collection.
Estimate $500-700

Sauceboat: Good condition with small hairline in the exterior glaze only on one side. Small section of glaze missing on the underside.

Open salt: Good condition with a small chip to insider rim.

Mugs: All in very good condition, The Caught Fish pattern mug with a tiny glaze chip on the exterior border.
