Italian assay mark for gold and maker's mark, and a ring, set with a synthetic sapphire, size 59.

Cufflinks : Sapphires blue of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, chips and nicks. Enamel in overall good condition, some areas of loss. The pair of cabochon sapphires cufflinks with Italian maker's mark and assay mark for 18 carat gold. Ring : sapphire measuring approximately 10.3 x 8.4 x 6.0mm, blue of medium strong saturation, typical inclusions, some surface reaching, chips, nicks small cavities. Inscribed E. GIANSATI ROMA. Scratches to the metal consistent with age and use. In overall good condition. Total gross weight approximately 26 grams. Accompanied by Cisgem gemological short report n. 19128, dated 01.06.2021, stating that the sapphire is synthetic.
