Florence Brillinger Framed Watercolor

Florence Brillinger (Pennsylvania, 1891-1984) was born near York, Pennsylvania and was part of the American Artists' Congress. She exhibited at the Guggenheim Museum in the mid 1940's and the Provincetown Art Association during the 1920's-1930's. Framed Watercolor signed and dated 1941.
