Condition Report: Good condition - reupholstered, and repainted, with minor scuffs, scratches, minor dings, and flecks of white house paint to frame throughout. Sofa is sturdy and comfortable. Upholstery with overall stains, as well as many pulls to fabric, possibly part of the design of the fabric. Table in good condition with minor nick to lower right corner. Likely replaced glass top with only minor scattered surface scratches.
