Condition Report:
The canvas has been lined. A pattern of craquelure can be found across the painted surface which appears stable, some areas are raised however these look to be stablised by a layer of varnish. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals an uneven layer of varnish, retouching to the extremities of the canvas, the figures in the boat, and to the standing figures on the rocky outcrop, touches to the lower left quadrant and spots within the sky.
