Ford USA - Ford F100 panel Custom made - 1955

Ford F100 Custom Panel Van This Ford F100 was 100% body-off restored and customized. The chassis was fully stripped back and entirely rebuilt from the bottom. Each part was blasted, sprayed or renewed and reassembled with stainless steel bolts. The infamous rigid front axle on the F100 has been replaced by a Camaro front running gear with independent suspension. In addition, the panel van has CPP (Classic Preformance Products) disc brakes in the front and rear. Of course in combination with an 8" brake booster, also from CPP. New shock absorbers and chrome wheels with whitewall tyres have been fitted. And naturally power steering. The powerful Fordv390 V8 big block and the automatic gearbox were fully restored before installing them and fitted with an Edelbrock intake and carburettor. The LPG installation was professionally built in. The 100L tank is recessed in a stainless steel container in the floor and is accessible via a nice hatch in the cargo area. The seats, headliner, door panels and cargo area were upholstered with a dark blue fabric. Two very comfortable captain seats fitted in the front and rear. Many built-in stainless steel details, this Ford is all quality. This car has a yellow Dutch registration. The vehicle can be viewed and picked up in Gorinchem, the Netherlands.
