Ford USA - model A sport coupe - 1928
The Ford Model A is a car produced by the Ford Motor Company from 1927 to 1931. The model was available in four standard colours, but not in black. There were 4,849,340 cars built. The Ford Model A was the successor to the Ford Model T which was produced for eighteen years and was itself succeeded by the Ford Model B from 1932. The name Ford Model A was also used for a model from 1903. The car was supplied as standard with a spare wheel and safety glass in the windshield. This very neat Coupe drives very well, we bough it from an elderly man in Bakersfield, CA (he had bought it from his father in Colorado) . Professionally restored in the past. It has neat paint (with some signs of wear) . The interior is very neat. The soft top is good but with some water marks. The bottom and entire underside is like in a new car! The engine runs great and the car drives and shifts fine. Instruction booklet available. It has good whitewall tyres. The boot lid has a few scratches (see photo) It has the beautiful "Rumble seat" in the back. This classic car is 90 years old (of course not new anymore) Import from California, stainless!
