four oval boxes with finger joints, including one with impressed I. Witton to lid and one inscribed Mary Ann Newcomb / Pittstown May 15th 1841 on lid interior.

Height of largest box 2 1/2 x length 6 3/4 x width 5 inches.

There is a census record of a Mary A. Newcomb in Pittstown, New York who was born in 1810. She was a resident of Pittstown in 1860.
Condition Report: Scrap of paper in one with handwritten note. Second smallest with wear to lid and base, including some small holes. Second largest with wear to interior rim. Pittstown box with small split around nail in base and some wear to lid.
