Qing dynasty, ovoid form bottle, depicting figures in a landscape,ÿunderglaze blue Qianlong reign mark on base, 3 in.; cylindrical bottle, depicting dragon chasing a pearl, bird mark to base, 2-3/4 in.; cylindrical bottle with metal cap, depicting a dragon, 3-1/8 in.; cylindrical vase, with continuous architectural and seascape scenes, 4 in.; four sided encre de chine vase, landscape scenes, gilt taotie masks, iron red seal mark to base, 3-1/2 in. - Provenance: Collected in Shanghai, China prior to 1902 by Frederick and Margaret Haskell; By descent in family to Frances Arnold; Private Collection, Newnan, Georgia - Note: Objects from this personal collection were acquired in Shanghai, China between the years 1862-1902. They were collected by Frederick and Margaret Haskell. Mr. Haskell was the owner of the Japan and China Trading Company. The couple retired to Lake Weir Florida in 1902, bringing these collected objects with them to the United States and they descended through the family to current day.
