Four Chinese biscuit water-dropper models of Bhuddist lions, Yongzheng Period.
With stickers inscribed 'CA MAU-BINH THUAM 33596 Sothebys - Unicom', Height 6.5cm, width 5cm, depth 2cm, (4) These are from the 'Ca Mau' Shipwreck circa 1725 after a fire caused it to sink off the coast of Vietnam during it's voyage from Canton to Jakarta. The wreck was discovered by two Vietnamese fisherman in 1998.Condition Report These remarkable 300 year-old items are in remarkable condition considering their story. There is one with a chip to the face and all of them have got areas where they either either haven't been glazed or have some paint loss. One of the tails has a slight chip, but there are no other obvious signs of cracks or chips.
