The first with plain barrel and miquelet-lock, full stock entirely covered in brass lightly engraved with scrollwork, bulbous spurred pommel, iron trigger-guard, and false ramrod; the second flintlock and of similar form, the pommel with cast decoration; the third flintlock, the three-stage barrel with chiselled decoration at the breech, carved figured full stock, brass mounts (pommel-cap missing), and false ramrod; the last flintlock, probably Algerian, the plain barrel with sighting flat stamped '444' at the breech (muzzle mount missing), lock with chased brass inlay (worn), later wooden full stock, and brass mounts with crudely cast decoration (ramrod missing, all with some wear and rust patination) (4)
