Condition Report: Parchment with typical discoloration, with light stains, corners heavily rubbed, with small losses especially at head and one corner; slight separation from textblock at tail and cracking at front hinge; title page with small losses and tears at outer margin, manuscript, and repairs; head closely trimmed; occasional writing, foxing, small stains, and small losses and tears, with larger loss and 3/4-in. tear to N3; pages toned; bookplate on front paste-down endpaper.
