Chest or travel percussion pistol by manufacture de St Etienne (hallmark in the photos) . Muzzle-loading. Octagonal Damascus barrel with forced bullet. Lovely walnut ‘tear drop’ butt. In very good condition for its age. Holds both notches well with powerful springs. Calibre = 12 mm measured at the opening Chest engraved with foliage scrolls. All the original parts are hallmarked with the number 11. Total length: 18 cm Barrel length: 6 cm Cleaned and ready to fire. (Take a look at the photos for the details of the damascus on the barrel) .
