France - 1840/1850 - Luxueux pistolet à percussion crosse goutte d'eau en noyer incrustée de fil d'argent - Plaque en argent - Canon octogonal dévissable damassé (motif ligne) - En état de marche - Pistol - 12mm cal
Very nice original percussion pistol, luxurious thanks to its silver thread and silver plate on the whole butt. It consists of a magnificent walnut tear-drop butt. Its octagonal Damascus barrel is crafted with lines. Beautiful ornamental foliage scrolls give the pistol elegance. It has a nice retractable trigger, also featuring one of the patterns. It is completely original, number 7 on various marked parts and the barrel can be unscrewed (but I have not tried it) . Cap in good condition. Pistol in working condition, powerful spring.
