Very nice 1842 model gendarmerie pistol, manufactured in 1845. Metal parts in polished steel. Clearly visible markings, lock marked ‘Mr. Rle de Chatellerault’. Walnut wood butt with hallmark, very light crack behind the barrel. In very good working order. Original rod. Weapon with its original patina.
