Pair of French Flintlock box lock pistols, late XVIII century ( 1780/1810) in case . walnut stocks in good condition ( small restoration on back stock of one pistol hardly noticeable) . Box lock system , Proof mark St Etienne in one side and SIGNED BONNAND , Steel round screw able barrels finishing in cannon shape. One substituted frizen. Seems top jaws were substituted during is life time Both working fine . No rods. BONNAND, Etienne Joseph, Arquebusier á St Etienne ( Loire) . Born 22 Setember 1757, death in 1834.
