Pair of French Officer percussion combat Pistols, 1833 Pattern like in case . Steel barrels, smooth bore, eight fold, Marked with St. Étienne proof marks ( under the barrel) , Plain Steel garrisons. No decorations. Lock " back action" . Very good quality steel; major part of " blue finishing" present. Working fine ( in the two positions) , springs very strong. Checkered Bright walnut stocks . Beautiful butt with retaining ring. Steel rods. These guns are like new. Mint condition. No more words just see! In a large oak case ( small Restoration on back) , central scutcheon in brass. with key ( this is not is original case) . Interior lined with Bordeaux velvet, compartmentalized, containing: powder flask in brass; lubrificant bottle, unmarked; apocryphal box, brass, unmarked for fulminant; XIX steel mold, and screwdriver with cable in rosewood.
