Gunsmith BONTEMPS. 18th October 1816 in le Ménil Death: 3rd April 1891 in le Ménil Occupation: Gunsmith Percussion rifle Total length 116 cm, barrel 80 cm Tight spring. Mechanism to be checked, all the springs work but the hammer doesn’t hold. Barrel opening +/- 14 mm Lovely gridded walnut butt carved witth a deer head, with the original varnish. The barrel interior is decent without scratches. It will be shipped disassembled in two pieces.
