Franceszka Kirke (Latvian, born 1953). Limited Edition signed and numbered Modernist screen print, presented as four portrait panels inspired by the Mona Lisa by Leonardo Da Vinci (1452-1519). Titled "Cetris Meitenes" (Latvian: "Four Girls;" also called "Four Smiles"), the panels depict, clockwise from upper left, the Mona Lisa, Marilyn Monroe, Elsa from the Disney "Frozen" films, and Amy Winehouse. Title, Limited Edition number 1/10, and artist signature below work. Presented in a decorative gilt frame. Good overall condition, some wear to frame. Measures 19 1/2 in. x 13 3/4 in.
