Frame: 21 3/8 x 27 3/8 inches. Inscribed Kate the Property of Mrs. Lee to the reverse of the canvas. Faint craquelure throughout; the paint layer is fairly dirty and discolored commensurate with age. Minute specks of brown discoloration/grime deposits throughout, especially visible on the sky. Concentrated area of white hairline scratches or marks in the lower-right quadrant. Minute area of loss to the paint layer in the upper-right quadrant. Minute specks of white discoloration/deposits to the paint layer on the building. Examination under UV light reveals instances of inpainting throughout, as well as a minor repair to the lower-right quadrant.
